Return Policy

We will gladly exchange all tools and hair care within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. All hair extensions, pony slay, and our wispy bangs are final sale. If you would like a color change, the package is closed and no hair extensions have been worn, then we will re-color match and exchange the color.
